Homecoming Preview

Homecoming tickets are selling fast, so get ready for the fun event on Friday, October 25th. Christina Sargsyan, a member of ASB, said “I am very happy with the theme (Once Upon a Homecoming) because not only is it a fun theme to decorate, but it caters for everyone and what they want.”

Homecoming will take place in the small gym, starting from 8 until 11 pm. Students must buy a ticket and submit the form to ODL before the dance. 

Christina also mentioned that those who are attending Homecoming should be excited for the decoration and as they are planning to step it up with the decor this year. When asked about plans for Homecoming, ASB member Angelica Santos has said that there were a lot of changes with the themes and that ASB really wants to step it up with other upcoming themes for dances such as Winter Formal and Prom for the Seniors. 

Another hardworking ASB member Sharlene Loa, mentioned how homecoming wasn’t as hard to plan but was very stressful to some members. “ASB views homecoming as not too difficult to plan, yet the process was somewhat stressful”. Two more ASB members noted that the process included team effort, communication, hard work, and perseverance. They also added that the process was stressful because of the budget cuts so a lot of hard work and creativity was included.
