Jasmyn Talactac: SOCES MVP of the Week 10/2

The first SOCES Knights MVP of the Week is… Jasmyn Talactac! Jasmyn is a sophomore that has established herself as a star runner on the girls varsity team. She has vastly improved since her debut season last year, and Jasmyn is ready to take on a bigger role in the team. She ran a great race in the blazing, dry heat that proved to be a huge force during Thursday’s meet at Pierce College. When met with the news of her honor, Jasmyn said, “I feel very honored and happy to be the first SOCES MVP of the Week and it motivates me to want to work harder.” Make sure to come out and support Jasmyn and the rest of SOCES Cross Country every Thursday at Pierce College!
